CMA CGM to buy Lebanon’s Fattal group

CMA CGM is to acquire 100% of Lebanon-headquartered distribution specialist Fattal, subject to regulatory approvals and with completion expected in the third quarter pf the year. CMA CGM said the move would deepen its presence in fast-growing Middle East and North African markets.
