Cyber attack hits CMA CGM

[ October 2, 2020   //   ]

The CMA CGM Group said on 28 September that it was dealing with a cyber-attack that had affected its peripheral servers. As soon as the security breach was detected, external access to applications was interrupted to prevent the malware from spreading, it said.

An investigation is underway by internal and independent experts.

External access to CMA CGM IT applications are currently unavailable.

However, the CMA CGM network remains available for all booking and operation requests and incident does not affect CMA-CGM’s Ceva Logistics subsidiary.
