Dachser recruits EMEA air and sea chief

Dachser has appointed Alexander Winter as managing director of its Air & Sea Logistics EMEA business unit. He succeeds Marc Meier, who will leave the company at the end of the month. Alexander Winter was chief executive for Austria and Southeast Europe region at DB Schenker, now part of DSV.
