DDP solutions keep Swiss Pack exporting

[ December 10, 2025   //   ]

Europa Worldwide Group says its DDP Flow solutions is helping packaging brand Swiss Pack keep its exports to Ireland, Benelux, France, Germany, Spain and Greece moving.

From 1 January 2026, UK businesses exporting to the EU will face new regulations at the French border for Regime 42, the post-Brexit customs process that allows VAT-free import of goods destined for another EU country. UK exporters must now have either a French VAT number, or an EU-established entity must act as the importer of record.

The changes for exporters have triggered uncertainty for thousands of UK businesses, but Europa Worldwide Group has launched two new services to simplify the process. The Heathrow office of Europa’s Road arm has worked with Swiss Pack for the past 18 months on an extension of Europa Flow –  DDP Flow – Importer’s Signature and DDP Flow – Own French VAT Number.  These integrate with both HMRC and French Customs, providing exporters with alternatives to comply with the changes.

Partnering with Europa allowed Swiss Pack to continue to use Regime 42 for VAT charge exemptions and position the company for continued growth across the continent.
