Elite Universal chooses Verso Waves

[ October 28, 2026   //   Chris Lewis ]

Felixstowe forwarder Elite Universal has implemented Verso Waves to consolidate its activity on a single platform and improve job management and visibility. Developed for freight forwarders, Verso Waves has a modular structure that enables the platform to adapt as workflows and business requirements evolve.

Elite Universal joint owner and director Mel Pipe, said: “Changing a core operational system is a major decision. We needed not only technology our team could work with confidently from day one, but also a technology partner to support the company in the future. Verso Waves took the time to understand our operations and our objectives. Its combination of sector knowledge, functionality and collaborative approach gave us confidence that it was the right choice for Elite Universal.”

Verso Waves managing director, Jon Wood, added: “Every freight forwarder operates differently, so we tailor the platform to their way of working. Mel, Mitch and the wider team had a clear sense of their needs, and we look forward to building on this strong start together.”
