European Supply Chain Day planning underway

[ February 5, 2015   //   ]

Plans are being laid for the second European Supply Chain Day, says the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport. The event, on 16 April, which took place for the first time last year, promotes and raises awareness of opportunities in the logistics profession, throughout Europe.

CILT chief executive Steve Agg said it would be “an ideal opportunity to raise the profile of our profession. With the increasing demands being placed on our industry and our consequent need to fulfil new positions, it is important that we make the most of this opportunity to raise awareness of the career opportunities available to all in logistics.”

The Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport is the primary contact for all events taking place in the UK. Anyone with an idea for an event should contact Hayley Rogers at 01536 740160 or or visit:
