Exis offers more dangerous goods courses

Exis Technologies has launched a new range of role-specific e-learning dangerous goods courses for Amdt 37-14 IMDG Code training, in collaboration with the International Maritime Organisation.

They include Dangerous Goods Transport General Awareness (available now); IMDG Code – Standard for general shipping personnel such as booking office staff; Consignor/Freight Forwarder; Packer/Cargo Handler; Ship Loader and Ship Operator. Is also IMDG Code – Advanced for those who require detailed training on all the main aspects of the IMDG Code provisions such as senior dangerous goods managers or Dangerous Goods Safety Advisers.

Two additional modules which can be taken with the courses are the 49 CFR module covering additional requirements when shipping to or from the US and the ADR module for additional provisions or variations for the road legs of a combined road/sea journey.
