FedEx and Zonus eliminate nasty surprises

FedEx Express has joined forces with cross-border technology firm Zonos to improve clarity of customs charges for cross-border customers and reduce delays. Zonos’ automated solutions inform shoppers of the total cost of their purchases, allowing them to pay all duties, taxes, and fees at checkout and ensures that packages are shipped fully prepaid. The system also automatically generates Harmonised System (HS) codes and accurate customs documentation, reducing the risk of packages being held by Customs.
