FedEx appoints ground ops manager

FedEx Express Europe has appointed Frédéric François as vice president ground operations Italy, Spain, and Portugal as. He has held various positions, including senior leadership legal positions within the business, and most recently as chair of the board in France. He succeeds Stefania Pezzetti.
