FedEx files TNT takeover
[ June 29, 2015 // Chris ]FedEx said on 26 June that it had filed its acquisition of TNT Express with the European Commission. The US company expects to submit a request for review and approval of its Offer Document with the Netherlands Authority for the Financial Markets before 30 June , and the offer is expecting to close in the first half of 2016.
