FedEx launches global returns service

FedEx has launched a Global Returns service. It helps retailers manage their customers’ returns, including editable return labels, customs documentation and flexible return destinations via FedEx Express or FedEx Ground. Retailers using FedEx Global Returns can choose a return location anywhere FedEx delivers and there is return-specific reporting in FedEx Tracking, allowing users to know what is coming back to them.
