Freightos launches end-to-end platform
[ April 23, 2025 // Chris Lewis ]Freightos has launched Freightos Enterprise, an end-to-end freight procurement platform built to help importers, exporters, and forwarders future-proof their supply chains, in response to the new US tariffs and other trade disruptions.
Rather than managing spot or contract freight in isolation, Freightos Enterprise connects the full procurement cycle—from sourcing and benchmarking to booking and execution—on a single, integrated platform. It includes real-time freight rate benchmarking and contract comparisons for both spot and negotiated contract rates; RFQ automation, tender management, and contract optimization and digital booking and shipment management across air, ocean, and ground →
A recent Freightos survey of over 200 small US importers showed that 54% expect major reductions in import volumes due to tariffs, and 34% have already paused shipments or are shifting suppliers.
Freightos chief executive Zvi Schreiber, said: “Enterprise logistics teams are drowning in spreadsheets, emails, and siloed platforms. The result is higher cost and unreliable supply of imported goods…at a time when resilience is critical. Technology has evolved to address some of these pain points, but in a piecemeal way that doesn’t fully support the entire procurement process. “We’ve spent years building the individual pieces of the puzzle, and now we’re bringing them together in a way that matches how logistics professionals work in the real world, creating digital access that truly connects multinational businesses with their service providers to make importing and exporting smoother.”
