Freightos to help FedEx go digital

Online freight marketplace and IT specialist Freightos is to supply its WebCargo technology to FedEx Logistics to help the largest customs-entry filer in the US digitize “and provide an Amazon-esque shipping experience”.
Freightos will provide digitized customs brokerage services for importers on its marketplaceincluding a global rollout of WebCargo’s AcceleRate multimodal rate management and sales digitization platform, and its WebCargo Air pricing, quoting, and eBooking platform.
Freightos.com will also incorporate FedEx Trade Networks digital customs brokerage services to over 150,000 global importers and exporters registered on the Freightos.com shipping marketplace.
