From Essex to Mauritania

Mohamed Yahya Ould Sidi Haiba will visit Stanford-Le-Hope forwarder Claridon Group on 10 December as part of the first-ever visit by a Mauritanian ambassador to Essex. The Ambassador will be meeting Claridon’s managing director Christopher Scott in his capacity of a member of the Governments International Advisory Council and International Trade Ambassador for Essex Chambers of Commerce. They will discuss trade and inward investment opportunities to develop the north-west African country’s national resources, particular the oil industry as well as modernising the port and transport infrastructure.
