Gebrüder Weiss makes marginal gains
[ March 11, 2026 // Chris Lewis ]Austrian forwarder Gebrüder Weiss’ net revenues were €2.73 billion in 2025, a slight year-on-year rise on 2024’s €2.71bn. It said that despite the sluggish economy in Europe, it secured further market share and increased productivity.
In European land transport it posted a slight improvement with revenues of €1.55bn. Although revenues in Germany were marginally down, it gained market share there and expanded its position in Eastern Europe.
Volumes transported by the Air & Sea division grew, particularly on routes between Europe and Asia and within Asia. In air freight, the higher volumes were powered primarily by e-commerce trade between China and Europe.
Gebrüder Weiss also posted gains in its logistics operations with revenues 7% higher at €147 million.
