Geodis signs electric trucks deal

Geodis has signed a firm order for 110 Renault and Volvo 44-tonne electric trucks for its road transport operations in France, with delivery expected by May 2027. They will be used for urban deliveries and long-distance transport and will bring its electric truck fleet to 190 vehicles. Geodis is developing electric corridors along its main French routes, enabling charging every 250 to 500km. Its current network of around 60 charging points, will increase to more than 200 by 2030.
