German buying group signs Polish deal

German purchasing platform XStaff  has signed a deal with Polish logistics service provider PST Ost Sped. XStaff has had its own location in Katowice, Poland, since September 2020 but says the new partnership, strengthens its presence in one of Europe’s fastest-growing economies, and gives its members unrestricted access to PST’s portfolio of services,  not only in Poland itself, but also in other countries in Eastern and Southeastern Europe. The Polish company has five locations in Poznan, Wroclaw, Gliwice, Gdansk and a container terminal at Kalisz. , operating over 100 trucks and trailers as well as a 50,000sq m storage area. XStaff was one of the first organisations to operate its own container ship on behalf of its members during the supply chain disruption last year.
