Grey box, green space for the North-east

Greenbox Darlington has officially opened its 400,000sq ft logistics and industrial site in the North East. It comprises three prime industrial units, ranging from 84,950sq ft to 215,360sq ft, designed to achieve Net Zero Carbon in Construction and Operation along with an EPC ‘A’ and BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating.

The site is close to the A66 and A1(M) routes with local ports and Teesside International Airport within a short drive.
