Haulier to open London Gateway hub

PAV Haulage is to open a hub facility at DP World’s London Gateway Logistics Park. It will move into the 94,000sq ft facility – LG94 – in early 2026 on a 20-year lease, which includes plans for expansion onto an adjacent plot. When complete, the facility will offer extensive HGV parking. LG94 has been awarded an EPC Rating ‘A’ and BREEAM ‘Excellent’ certificate, as well as being fitted out with rooftop Solar PVs to provide renewable energy to PAV Haulage throughout their tenancy. PAV also operates facilities in Tilbury, Southampton and Felixstowe.
