Heppner acquires Dina in Belgium

French headquartered Heppner had acquired Belgian family-run business Dina Logistics as part of its strategy to strengthen capacity in the Benelux market. The company has been present in the Netherlands since the acquisition of Hacas. Established in 2007 by the de Koker family and currently run by Dimitry de KokerDina’s total sales amounted to €12 m in 2021. It employs about 100 people, either directly or via subcontractors, with a headquarters at Ternat, west of Brussels. It operates 12,000sq m of facilities, which include an office building, 5,000 m² of warehouse space and 32 loading bays.
