High praise for Hactl

Airfreight handler Hong Kong Air Cargo Terminals Limited (Hactl) has received a Grand Award in the 2022 Hong Kong Management Association (HKMA) Quality Awards.

Judges were impressed by the numerous steps the company has taken to maintain and enhance quality through its management systems, practices and policies.

They also praised Hactl’s support for local community causes, and employment of people with disabilities and special needs and paid tribute to its treatment of its staff and their long average length of service.

It is the second time Hactl has won the HKMA Quality Award; the company previously achieved the accolade in 2010.
