IAM wins “Service Excellence Award – 2015” at the Kuehne + Nagel annual supplier recognition awards

Kuehne + Nagel Ireland hosted their 2nd annual Supplier Awards with a prestigious event in Dublin.

With these awards, Kuehne + Nagel Ireland aims to honour excellence in service provision to the logistics and freight forwarding industry. The company received 112 submissions in eight different categories across the airfreight, sea freight, overland, contract logistics and general services sectors.

This year, Kuehne + Nagel presented the “Excellence in Customer Service Award – 2015” to air-cargo GSSA, International Airline Marketing Limited (IAM).

Accepting the award on behalf of all the hard working and committed staff at IAM, Ian McCool (MD) commented “the team at IAM are especially pleased to receive recognition for customer service excellence from a global market leader such as Kuehne + Nagel. IAM and K+N have worked closely for over two decades, moving air cargo of all shapes, sizes and requirements to destinations all over the globe.
