Iraq TIR speeds trucks from Turkey

A convoy of TIR trucks reached Jordan from Türkiye via Iraq in mid-August, reports the International Road Transport Union (IRU). Turkish TIR operator DMN Lojistik delivered a shipment split among eight trucks from Gaziantep, Türkiye to Amman in under five days. Iraq opened its borders for TIR transit earlier this year.
