John Good Logistics goes stateside

John Good Logistics has opened a new US office in New Jersey, in the New York Metropolitan area. Services offered will include general cargo, project forwarding, and specialised moves by land, sea, and air freight.

John Good Logistics Inc. will be led by newly appointed industry veteran, Dean Temple, as president. He said: “I was impressed with the commitment to embrace the digitalisation of our industry and their unwavering strategic vision to expand in the US, despite the current climate. I am confident our US presence will strengthen existing customer relationships, allow us to develop new ones, and will enable us to contribute significantly to the future global growth of the John Good Logistics organisation.” 

He is joined by  Martha Rojas as executive vice president of sales USA, and Eric Soto, vice president. 

The opening of the New Jersey office represents another critical step in the company’s growth following expansion in the UK, Europe, and Turkey.

Chairman of John Good Logistics, Alan Platt, added that the new venture “will grow and contribute to the seamless delivery of high-quality specialist forwarding services to our international customers, such as our specialist expertise in logistics for the packaging industry.”
