KN opens Paris hub

Kuehne+Nagel France has opened a new air logistics hub at Paris Charles de Gaulle airport. With a capacity of 300 air freight pallets a week, its processing surface is 2.5 times larger than the previous space and has direct access to runways. It offers connections to over 320 destinations worldwide and TAPA-FSR A security certification,

The forwarder said it would strengthen its healthcare logistics solutions  and open up access to new markets in high-tech, luxury, aerospace, industrial and automotive.

Kuehne+Nagel is dedicating 4,500sq m to cold rooms and temperature-controlled zones in Paris. The healthcare area is GDP and CEIV-compliant. It also focuses on R&D and personalised medicine, supported by QuickSTAT, Kuehne+Nagel’s personalised supply chain planning arm.
