KN set to buy Spain’s TDN

Kuehne+Nagel has entered into an agreement to acquire Spain’s TDN (Transporte y Distribución Nacional) to strengthen its European groupage network. TDN has over 600 employees and handled more than one million shipments in 2024. It oiperates 45 terminals and a fleet of over 700 vehicles with over 200 daily routes serving all of Spain, the Balearics, the Canaries and Portugal. Completion of the transaction is expected within the coming weeks and is subject to customary closing conditions, including the approval of the competent merger control authorities.
