Krone gets into the festive spirit

[ December 22, 2011   //   ]

Krone gave out Christmas packages to truck drivers at motorway service areas in Lower Saxony and North Rhine-Westphalia. The utility truck manufacturer’s marketing and sales manager at Krone Dr Frank Albers said: “We want to demonstrate our solidarity with the lorry drivers, who perform a very hard job day after day. Citizens take it for granted that goods are always in stock and can be delivered within 24 hours – even at Christmas. As a responsible manufacturer we would like to thank our drivers with this little gesture and wish them a merry Christmas.” The packages, which among other things contained a wash bag, Speculoos (a type of shortcrust biscuit, traditionally baked for consumption for the Festive season), an Advent calendar and desk pads.
