Kuehne + Nagel makes early move in Budapest

[ June 11, 2018   //   ]

Kuehne + Nagel has leased warehouse and office space at Budapest Airport ahead of the construction of the dedicated Cargo City, a new freight centre, which will start this summer. It is part of the €160 million BUD: 2020 Development Programme to develop cargo business.

Budapest currently handles all-cargo flights operated by carriers including Cargolux, Turkish, and Qatar Airways, as well as belly cargo operations. Belly cargo flights are boosted by four new North American routes this summer, connecting New York, Chicago, Philadelphia and Toronto.
