Livingston buys JP Morgan trade business

North American customs broker Livingston International has finalised purchase of the customs and trade compliance services of the global trade business of JP Morgan Treasury and Securities Services. The acquisition includes a location in London, UK. Toronto-based Livingston International offers customs, international trade consulting services and international freight forwarding across North America and worldwide with 2,700 employees at 100 border posts, seaports, airports and other locations in North America, Europe and the Far East.
