Maersk to open green pharma site in Poland

Maersk is to open a dedicated pharma warehouse in Poland in June 2021, in Mszczonow, about 40km south-west of Warsaw. The 15,000sq m, 24,000 pallet capacity, GDP-certified building will be largely powered by renewable energy and will also offer repacking and transportation in different temperature ranges including ambient, cold, liquid nitrogen and dry ice based on a validated Transport Management System.
