Mann Lines sold to Wallenius SOL

Wallenius Wilhelmsen Group’s Wallenius SOL intra-European arm has acquired UK-based freight operator, Mann Lines. The company, which operates ro ro, con-ro and sto-ro services from Tilbury and north-west Continent to ports in Sweden and Finland, said the move would enable it to expand its liner services to Harwich, Turku, Paldiski, Cuxhaven and Bremerhaven.

It said that the Mann Lines Logistics brand “will be used to further expand the logistics services for the joint business”.

Wallenius Wilhelmsen Group fully acquired European oversized and heavy lift cargo mover ALS in 2022, having acquired 60% of ALS in 2012.
