Medical care on the move

[ March 17, 2015   //   ]

Food logistics operator the Nagel Group has become a partner in the DocStop project that aims to improve on-the-road medical care for all professional bus and lorry drivers in Europe. Nagel-Group has provided a comprehensive action packet, including 2,500 bags for their own and other drivers with information about our network and on-the-go medical care.

The DocStop network, which is funded solely by donations and supporting members, currently has more than 700 affiliated physicians, clinics and hospitals in Germany. Austria and Poland have already founded their own DocStop associations which are now encouraging the development of a network of doctors, hospitals and other partners such as service stations or freight forwarders and the service is also being developed in Poland and Denmark.
