[ January 18, 2022   //   ]

The Port of Blyth in north-east England has ordered a Konecranes Gottwald ESP.6 Mobile Harbor Crane for its newly refurbished Bates Clean Energy Terminal. It is scheduled for delivery in April and will be the first Generation 6 crane to be delivered to the UK. It will have a working radius of 49 m and a capacity of 125 t. Blyth handles a wide range of cargo at three terminals, with a key focus on the offshore energy sector, as well as a twice weekly container service from Europe.
