New crane lifts Quality

[ May 12, 2014   //   ]

Quality Freight UK has invested almost £300,000 in a new Fuchs MHL 360E crane (similar to the one illustrated) at its Ellesmere Port rail head. The terminal, which was reopened in 2011 in conjunction with Peel Ports, currently handles more than 200,000 tonnes a year including bulk, container and consumer goods. Quality Freight feeds into the national and European rail network through its relationships with major rail operators. Quinn Glass – which produces glass containers for the food and beverage industry – has also renewed its contract with Quality Freight for the handling, storage and delivery of silica sand.
