New crane to cement Tilbury’s future business

Forth Ports Tilbury has taken delivery of a Liebherr LHM 550 mobile harbour crane. It will support operations including Aggregate Industries’ new cement grinding manufacturing facility and import terminal and, once operational in 2026, will handle granulated blast furnace slag (GBFS) a low carbon alternative to conventional cement.
