Harbour Freight’s neighbours at Merlin Park include Kellogg’s, Anglo Pacific International and The Green Group.

Harbour International Freight UK general manager, Steve Swinburn said: “As an international business based in the North West for more than 50 years, it’s incredibly rewarding to be able to further our growth and maintain our presence here. Trafford Park has long been the ideal home for us and will no doubt play a crucial role as a modern and well-located headquarters for the business, driving our future success in the UK and Europe.”

John Whitehurst, industrial and logistics senior surveyor at property firm JLL North West, which brokered the deal, said: “The speed of this transaction is evidence of the high demand for quality modern warehousing at Trafford Park, which we expect to see continued well into next year.”
