New head for airfreight group ECS

General sales and service agency ECS Group has nominated current chief operating officer Adrien Thominet as chief executive, taking over the role from Bertrand Schmoll, who remains group chairman. Thominet will be in charge of developing a new business model that will “reinvent the way GSSAs currently work.
