‘No’ relief for Scots freight industry

[ September 19, 2014   //   ]

The ‘no’ vote in the Scottish independence referendum has removed a source of huge uncertainty for the freight industry, says British International Freight Association (BIFA) director general, Robert Keen. He said that his members “can now get on with doing what they do best – facilitating the UK’s international trade and assisting with the country’s economic recovery through the freight forwarding and logistics services that they deliver to the country’s manufacturers and traders.”
