Norway’s ColliCare enters UK market

Norwegian privately-owned logistics firm ColliCare has entered the UK market with a sales- and operations office in Erith, south-east London.

It will focus on international freight by sea, air and road to and from Scandinavia, Turkey, Poland, the Baltics, Benelux and Asia, along with customs clearance, warehousing and distribution.

The company is now present in 13 countries in Europe and Asia.

Managing director for the UK is  Cem Turkdonmez (pictured, below) who said: “We already have customers and partners in the UK, and are now looking forward to developing this business further. There is great potential within the ColliCare Group and we are confident we will be able to deliver transport and logistics services of interest to UK-based businesses.

“Our strongest areas are Scandinavia, the Netherlands, Baltic States and Turkey. Through our departments in China and India, we will also be able to offer unique cost-saving logistics solutions for the UK market.”

ColliCare was awarded the EcoVadis gold medal for sustainable development in 2021 and 2022.

Founded in 2007, it is the largest privately owned company in its sector in Norway, with subsidiaries in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Poland, the Netherlands, Latvia, Lithuania, Italy, Turkey, India, China and now the UK. The group has 650 employees and a turnover of €300 million in 2022.
