PD Ports ups Felixstowe paper space
[ July 11, 2016 // Chris ]PD Portcentric Logistics has increased the capacity for its largest volume customer at Felixstowe, forest products forwarder and warehouser Burhill. PD Ports packs, unpacks and stores reeled and palletised paper weighing up to five tonnes before despatch by road across the UK and Europe.
The businesses have worked together for ten years and now Burhill has increased its warehousing on site from 130,000sq ft to 190,000sq ft handling over 7,000 containers each year.
PD Portcentric Logistics also offers portcentric warehousing at Teesport and Billingham in the North-East and Swadlincote in the Midlands.
