Rhenus signs Chinese car deal

Rhenus Logistics has signed a memorandum of understanding to support Chinese car maker Zhengtong Auto’s logistics needs in Poland. The forwarder will provide support to establish a Poland-based overseas bonded warehouse and distribution hub and customized logistics solution includes international transportation of finished vehicles from Shanghai to Poland, developing customized standard operating procedures tailored to automotive logistics standards, overseas warehousing, yard management, inventory management and distribution within Poland. In addition, the two parties are actively developing projects across different European markets, including Italy, Argentina, Belgium, and Norway.
