Rhenus signs deal to buy Italy’s Cesped

Rhenus Logistics has signed an agreement to buy 100% of the equity share capital of Italy’s Cesped and its related companies, subject to agreement. Cesped has a strong presence in the Friuli Venezia Giulia and Veneto regions.
