Rula to start work on Tees logistics hub
[ September 12, 2025 // Chris Lewis ]Rula Developments has secured planning consent for 775,000sq ft of industrial and logistics accommodation at the 54-acre Teeslink site in Stockton-on-Tees.
Detailed planning consent has been granted to allow delivery of initial infrastructure works including a new access road and services and oOutline consent is also granted for warehousing and ancillary space.
Space will be available on freehold or leasehold terms for build to suit units from 3,000 to 500,000sq ft. Work on the site is due to start site in September with new buildings available for occupation by the third quarter of 2026.
