Senegal aid is a family affair for forwarder

[ June 14, 2017   //   ]

Lutterworth-based forwarder and logistics company CML has shipped a range of goods to a Senegal primary school to support a project run by the parents of its global logistics manager, Paul Bambrough-Smith.

It follows John and Rosie Smith’s holiday to the region in January including visit to a remote where they met Ben, the primary school’s head teacher. Rose Smith said: “It was clear that he was struggling to buy the resources he needed to teach the children. John and I felt this urge to do anything we could to help support the primary school and make sure that the children have the resources they need to learn with.”

CML generously stepped in to cover the freight charges.
