Sheffield scheme signs up warehouseman

DBL Logistics has become the first warehousing and distribution company to become a Member of the Logistics Hub UK, a private-public partnership that aims to establish the Sheffield City Region as the North of England’s leading multimodal logistics location.

DBL Logistics managing director, David Clarkson, said: “As a leading warehousing and distribution business in the Sheffield City Region, we are pleased to support the hub’s aims in showcasing the expertise available. Logistics is a fast-growing sector and one which this region is ideally placed to capitalise on, but we need to work together to be able to maximise our strengths and sell ourselves to the world.”
