Solid foundation for Dover’s building trade business

[ August 9, 2022   //   ]

The Port of Dover says it has solidified its position as a major hub for the South East construction sector, following an agreement with DC Aggregates. The company is one of the largest producers and suppliers of quarried hard stone and sea-dredged aggregates in Northern Europe. Already a regular customer of the cargo terminal, it has now signed a three-year agreement, which includes regular calls and onsite storage.

Dover’s cargo terminal, which opened in 2019, handles cargoes including steel, timber, project cargoes and aggregates on deep sea and coaster-size vessels.
