[ May 3, 2019   //   ]

ABP’s Port of Southampton has taken possession of the first phase of a £15 million multi-deck vehicle export terminal. Parts of deck one and two have been handed over to ABP releasing nearly 1,000 spaces for automotive import and export.

The occasion was marked by a plaque unveiled by US Ambassador to the UK, Robert Wood Johnson.

Contractor Morgan Sindall is due to complete construction of ABP Southampton’s eighth multi-deck in the Summer. Once finished, it will provide 3,000 additional spaces for automotive trade at the port.
