Stefania Everett to head up Europa Warehouse customer service

Stefania Everett is taking on a new role as head of customer service for Europa Warehouse. In this newly created post, she leads divisional customer service, championing service standards.

Originally from Tuscany, she has worked at Europa for 30 years, originally joining as a data input clerk and originally planned to stay in the UK for six to 12 months to improve her English before heading back to Italy.

More recently, she expanded her responsibilities across both Dartford and Birmingham sites, supporting teams through a period of change before stepping into her latest division-wide customer service leadership role.

Chief Operating Officer and Warehouse Divisional Director at Europa Worldwide Group, Dionne Redpath said: “Stefania’s promotion is a hugely important appointment for Europa Warehouse. Customer service sits at the heart of a successful 3PL partnership, and Stefania brings the operational knowledge, energy and customer focus needed.
