Stena appoints Belfast routes chief

Richard Horswill has been appointed head of freight and route director for Liverpool/Heysham-Belfast. He recently masterminded major refurbishment work on two of the Liverpool route ships and is developing a number of initiatives around the onboard travel and retail experience as well as improving cost efficiencies and flexible customer service models. He comes to Stena Line from The Garden Centre Group and Fortnum & Mason.
