Freight forwarder a.hartrodt has acquired Horner Agencies Limited, Ireland, as a going concern. The Germany owned company said that the move would further strengthen its global network and enhance its service capabilities in key logistics segments.
Horner Agencies was founded in 1981, initially as a shipping linger agency before moving into LCL consolidation and general freight forwarding.
